Cancellation Policy

All bookings with us are made directly, so cancellations and date changes are handled the same way — message us on WhatsApp (+91-8233214996), call +91-8233214996 or email heritageinnhaveli@gmail.com. Please quote the name and dates on your booking.

As a small family-run property we hold rooms personally and turn away other enquiries once your dates are confirmed. Cancellation charges, where applicable, are confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking, and we will always tell you the exact terms before you commit.

If no specific terms were confirmed for your booking, tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to move or release your dates without charge.

If you do not arrive and have not contacted us, the booking is treated as a no-show and any advance paid is forfeited. If you are simply delayed, call us — we will hold the room when we know you are coming.

Approved refunds are returned through the same channel the payment was made, within a reasonable processing time. Bank and payment-provider timelines are outside our control.
