When you send us an enquiry, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you share with us directly: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates and the number of guests.

At check-in we are required by Indian regulations to record valid photo identification for all guests.

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, confirm and manage your booking, and meet legal registration requirements during your stay. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy in addition to ours. We keep conversation history only as long as needed to manage your booking.

Guest registration records are retained as required by law. Enquiry details are kept only as long as they are useful for managing your stay. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your personal details by writing to heritageinnhaveli@gmail.com.
