The terms that apply to bookings and stays at the haveli.
Bookings and rates
Bookings are confirmed directly with us by enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone or email. No online payment is taken on this website.
Published tariffs are per room per night and can change with the season, festivals and length of stay. The rate confirmed to you at the time of booking is the rate that applies to your stay.
Check-in and identification
Check-in and check-out timings are confirmed at the time of booking.
Valid photo identification is required for all guests at check-in, as per Indian regulations. We cannot complete a check-in without it.
House rules
The haveli is a family-run heritage home — please keep noise down late at night.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
The kitchen and in-room dining are pure vegetarian.
Pets: please ask before you book.
Damages and conduct
Guests are responsible for damage to the room, its furniture or heritage fittings caused during their stay, beyond normal wear. We reserve the right to end a stay without refund in the case of serious misconduct.
Liability
We take reasonable care of the property and our guests, but we are not liable for loss of personal belongings, travel delays or events outside our control. Please keep valuables with you or ask us about safekeeping.
